Homework
Homework is a very important part of a child’s education and can add much to a child’s development. At Culcheth we understand that children benefit from the mutual support of parents and teachers in encouraging them to learn both at home and at school. Homework is an important way of establishing a successful dialogue between teachers and parents.
Our parents completed a homework questionnaire. We understand the importance of finding out parent's views. 60 parents kindly completed the questionnaire. From the results we have implemented a few changes.
Each week children complete different Maths tasks on their on-line learning platform. In Reception-Year 2 they use Maths Seeds and in Year 3-6 they use Mathletics.
